The 3xP Leadership™ Institute is the leadership development, applied research, and thought leadership arm of T-M-T Services International (TMTSI). Founded by Dr. Marc D. Williams, DM, also known as Dr. No Days Off (Dr. NDO), the Institute advances a practical leadership model built around Purpose, People, Process, and Performance.
The Institute exists to help individuals, teams, entrepreneurs, executives, educators, and organizations strengthen leadership identity, build trust, improve systems, execute strategy, and produce measurable impact. Through the proprietary 3xP Leadership™ Methodology, we bridge leadership theory and leadership practice by turning purpose-driven leadership into structured action and sustainable performance.
The 3xP Leadership™ Institute serves as the central hub for the growing 3xP Leadership™ Ecosystem, which includes leadership education, executive coaching, organizational consulting, workforce development, certification pathways, facilitator development, licensing opportunities, applied research, publications, and digital learning resources.
