Our Story…
Founded in 2003 by Dr. Marc D. Williams, DM, T-M-T Services International (TMTSI) began as a Houston, Texas-based organization focused on building and leading high-performance teams. Through strategic leadership and team development, the organization rapidly expanded across 13 states and grew to more than 1,000 team members within two years. This early success laid the foundation for TMTSI's commitment to leadership, organizational excellence, and workforce development.
Following his relocation to Virginia for military service, Dr. Williams continued to grow the organization while serving his country. In 2010, prior to his discharge as a combat-disabled veteran, he restructured the company as T-M-T Services International (TMTSI), LLC. As the organization evolved, Dr. Williams recognized a recurring challenge facing organizations across industries: many struggled not for lack of talent, but because leadership, people, processes, and performance were misaligned.
In 2011, Dr. Williams transitioned TMTSI into a leadership development and organizational consulting practice dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve sustainable success. Drawing upon his experiences in business, military service, workforce development, higher education, project management, and organizational leadership, he developed the Leadership Training System (LTS) and later created 3xP Leadership™, TMTSI's proprietary leadership and organizational performance methodology.
Today, TMTSI serves government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, nonprofit organizations, community groups, entrepreneurs, and private-sector clients throughout the United States and internationally. As the implementation and professional services arm of the broader 3xP Leadership™ Ecosystem, TMTSI helps organizations align Purpose, People, and Process to achieve sustainable Performance through consulting, coaching, training, assessments, and thought leadership. Dr. Marc D. Williams, DM, known professionally as "Dr. No Days Off" (Dr. NDO), is an executive leadership strategist, author, educator, entrepreneur, and founder of T-M-T Services International (TMTSI). With more than two decades of experience in leadership, management, workforce development, project management, and organizational consulting, he has dedicated his career to helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve sustainable success.
As the creator of the proprietary 3xP Leadership™ Organizational Performance System, Dr. Williams developed a practical methodology that helps organizations align Purpose, People, and Process to achieve sustainable Performance. Dr. Williams’ work combines executive leadership principles, organizational development, project management, workforce development, and applied research to deliver measurable results across public, private, nonprofit, educational, and community-based organizations.
Dr. Williams holds a Doctor of Management in Executive Leadership and a Master of Science in Project Management. Dr. Williams serves as Department Chair and Associate Professor at Reynolds Community College and has taught leadership, project management, business, entrepreneurship, and organizational development at colleges and universities across the United States. Dr. Williams is also the author of The BlackPrint of Leadership – The PreLude and The BlackPrint of Leadership™, and numerous leadership frameworks and thought-leadership publications.
A combat-disabled veteran with honorable service in both the United States Army and United States Navy, Dr. Williams brings a unique combination of military discipline, academic rigor, entrepreneurial experience, and practical leadership expertise to every engagement. Through TMTSI and the broader 3xP Leadership™ Ecosystem, he remains committed to transforming organizations through leadership and helping leaders create lasting impact within their organizations, communities, and industries.
