History
In 2003, Dr. M. D. and Mrs. Donna Williams, known as "The Dynamic Duo," embarked on their entrepreneurial journey by establishing T-M-T Services as a sole proprietorship in Houston, TX. Their vision was to enhance people's happiness and satisfaction by offering products and services aimed at improving their quality of life.
Transitioning into the marketing industry, they formed a team named Platinum Q Reloaded, focusing on the legal service and identity theft protection sectors. Within a remarkable 14 months, Platinum Q Reloaded expanded to encompass over 1,000 agents across 13 states. Their leadership development business system propelled them to become a formidable marketing organization, generating substantial revenue for the parent company. In acknowledgment of their achievements, The Dynamic Duo rebranded Platinum Q Reloaded as the League of Extraordinary People (LoEP).
Expanding their scope into the home services and coffee industries, The Dynamic Duo continued their success by cultivating marketing and sales leaders through their proven Leadership Training System (LTS). In 2010, they restructured T-M-T Services into T-M-T Services International (TMTSI), LLC, a leadership development and project/program management consulting firm. Leveraging methodologies such as action research, appreciative inquiry, and process consultation, they aimed to educate and develop clients in various business industries.
Concurrently, they redirected their LoEP marketing team towards the life and health insurance industry, emphasizing the importance of family care and generational wealth through financial services. Renamed the LoEP Agency, it provided individuals with the opportunity to forge formidable careers in the insurance and financial sector.
Driven by years of practical leadership experience and educational research, Dr. Williams evolved the LTS into 3xP Leadership® in 2020. Since then, TMTSI has been fulfilling its mission of serving organizations and industries as envisioned by The Dynamic Duo years ago.
