A 3xP Leadership™ Framework for Strengthening Entrepreneurial Effectiveness for Underrepresented Entrepreneurs

Dr. NDO is excited to introduce a new body of work from:

Purpose, People, Process, and Performance: A 3xP Leadership™ Framework for Strengthening Entrepreneurial Effectiveness Among Underrepresented Entrepreneurs

This work advances a leadership-centered approach to entrepreneurship education and development. Too often, entrepreneurship is framed only around ideas, business models, pitching, funding, and market entry. While those elements matter, they are not enough.

Entrepreneurs do not just need to know how to start businesses.
They need to know how to lead them.

This paper introduces the 3xP Leadership™ FrameworkPurpose, People, Process, and Performance — as a practical and research-informed model for helping underrepresented entrepreneurs build clarity, strengthen leadership capacity, create repeatable systems, and measure outcomes that move beyond survival toward sustainable impact.

At the heart of this work is a simple but powerful belief: Entrepreneurship is not just about business creation. It is about possibility creation.

This body of work reflects my commitment to advancing entrepreneurship education, leadership development, and economic mobility for Black entrepreneurs, underrepresented founders, veterans, adult learners, and community-based business leaders.

The future of entrepreneurship education must prepare people not only to launch ventures, but to lead with clarity, discipline, accountability, and purpose.

That is the work of entrepreneurship.
That is the work of leadership.
That is the work of 3xP Leadership™.
